i used to perm my hair alot which i realized that was causing my hair to break and stop growing.so i decided to get braids to wear down the perm because i want my hair natural hair back.will these braids help get rid of the perm? my hair is supposed to be natural curly/wavy but now it brittle and frizzy,mind you that am african american and frizzy hair for me isn't so great.after i take out my braids what is some good products i can use to keep from perming my hair?

am... u should just leave it out and put hair growth cream.
