i know pantene pro-v is just wax and your hair will eventually start falling out and i know a "balanced diet" will help but does anybody know anything specific.

i am half african american so my hair gets REALLY dry plus i live in a very dry environment.but my hair seems to be a lot worse than a lot of my friends under those same conditions.does anybody have websites,products or certain nutrient information.

There are several different products and vitamins to choose from. I highly recommend Grund Hair Care products. You can only buy them in a salon. But they have plenty of keratin(protein) to strengthen your hair and moisture sealing nutrients. I would suggest using there moisture shampoo and Moisture Mist leave in treatment.

Pantene Pro V is NOT bad for your hair. I've used Pantene for years %26amp; my hair is the healthiest it's ever been. I got my hair colored recently %26amp; the stylist remarked about what great shape my hair is in. She asked me what hair care products I used. When I said it was Pantene, she said many of her clients use it %26amp; their hair is in great shape too. If you want to believe heresay, so be it. I do know that Suave is also a great shampoo to use, believe it or not. If you buy it at the Dollar General or Dollar Tree stores, or stores such as those, you can buy it for a good price. The Suave conditioner is good for your hair also. Keep your ends trimmed faithfully, every six weeks.
