Help PLLZ!!!?

i have hair that is a little longer than shoulder length, it's really curly and poofy and i have african american hair. i always end up tying it back in a braid or bun, but im in a new grade and so i want to mix it up a little more. any suggestion? hairstyles, websites,pics, and descriptions are all welcome! thnx. all help is appreciated!!!

You could try straighting it.

Try to look in some hair magazines for help.

Also, you could go to the person who cuts your hair and ask them for good styling tips for your type of hair.

Have you tried mousse or gel? It might work...

you can use a gel to control your curls and define them, or if that isn't strong enough, use a wrapping lotion.

you could also try straightening your hair-use a ceramic straightener, and use a little hairspray to keep it from frizzing up.
