Okay so I just recently took out some micros and my hair broke off.. My hair was down my back now it's just shoulder length. What are some african american hair care products that I can use myself to help my hair grow back long beatiful and shiny.. please and thanks

People love micro braids because they look cute but in the end your hair is broke all off and it's not worth. I would try Dr. Miracle Anti-Breakage shampoo/conditioner/ styling agents. Make sure you give yourself a less one protein a month. Keep the heat off your hair and wear wraps and you should be okay.

You don't have to stick to one particular brand. Your hair probably broke off because it wasn't moisturized while your braids were in or they were too tight in some areas.

Doo gro is a good brand but the one of the best to get is the olive oil products they help your hair grow a bit faster and keeps it from drying out fast and Carol's daughter's hair elixer.
