I am hoping to move to South Jersey in September, and I need info.?

Me and my sister are ready to relocate and we have chosen the east coast. I will be attending Temple University in Philly but my sister wants to be outside the city and has chosen Jersey. I need info as far as things to do in or aroung South Jersey we are young 18-25 crowd and we like hip hop/rap, poetry, and sports (basketball, football, ect...) also the names of some good hair stylist in Philly and s. jersey would be great also. One who specializes in braiding or is just good with african american hair.

Gloucester County--Woodbury, Deptford, Mullica Hill, Mantua, West Deptford, Cherry Hill area... Short commute to Philly (I can actually see the skyline from my house here in Woodbury) and allows you to go to Philly easily within 10 minutes. Good hair stylists is are everywhere

You should check out Mount Laurel. There is a great young crowd, and ALOT to do, plus it's accessible to alot of things.. mall, supermarket, the highways. It's only about 15 minutes from the bridge.

I would say look into Pennsauken/Cherry Hill area. It's really close and the bridge leading directly into the Center of Philly is right down the highway. All but a 5 mins ride. And public transportation..if nessecary..is very convinent.
