i have about 4 inches of hair and i was wondering how much freedom will my hair have when i relax it and what would happen if i put hair gel in it. i wanna try things without looking stupid i am tired of afro, braids, and short cut... please help me....

i saw two black dudes with one yeaterday and it looked pretty good on them. not stupid at all. and you wont have to use harsh chemicals or gel to get the look you want. just a razor.
or you could shave one of those designs into your head. thats different.

Try a chemical straightening, then you can have straight hair and just have it redone every few months.
